Exceptional place with caring staff and incredible views. Location - peaceful, close enough to the 4.2 or 5.2 vaporetto from the train station, the San Marco square and the lagoon on one side and a quiet canal on the other with fabulous garden in between. Again, walking distance to a national gallery. Delightful meal and terrific service.

The breakfast was above average with a good choice of food, everybody can choose. A nice size rooms with excellent services, the food was tasty. Had remote location to the touristy areas from there.
As for me, the area was quiet secluded.

All in all - had a wonderful 2 night stay. The food was superb and the location was stunning! There was an excellent restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. We were moved to a double room with a nice loft upstairs where the bed is, a 30 minute breakfast and the garden. Loved the rich and savoury breakfast.

The location is stunning and brilliant, 10 minutes' walk to an art museum. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near the dell'Orto vaporetto stop.
